Architectural Coordinator @ SAA Architects, Singapore (2009-2014)

As a Architectural Coordinator in SAA Architects, my role is to develop the design of Metro railway stations to conform with building codes and standards per project. Developing the Architects concept into a finalized design for clients approval. Coordinating with the local authorities, engineers and other trades. Being able to manage design at project level.  Completing Architectural working drawings for client approval and tender to main contractors.

Architectural Design Developments and Project Coordination of Transportation Infrastructures of several mass rapid transit (MRT) stations in Singapore, above ground/underground, civil defense/non civil defense. Handling one station at a time, from concept design to tender submissions, from construction documents and authority submissions to construction/project completion, working closely with architectural managers, associate architects, techical officers, clients , consultants, engineers and sub-contractors

The projects are Metro Raiway Transit (MRT) Stations in Singapore and the highlight projects are are the Jurong East Modification Project-completed 2010, C920 Newton MRT-completed 2014, C916 Bukit Panjang Civil Defense MRT-completed 2015, Thomson line  Stevens Station to be completed, Eastern Region Line to be completed.  From Preliminary Design to Final Approval by Land Transportation Authority & Building Construction Authorities. Tender to Main Contractors, and  Consultants to ongoing Construction
